Conference Rooms BEBC has a variety of conference rooms available at reasonable hourly rates to meet your needs.  All of our rooms have managed wired as well as wireless high-speed internet access, teleconferencing capability and advanced audio-visual equipment. Our Conference Center can accommodate up to 32 participants and can be set up in several configurations.  A full kitchen and phone room is adjacent. Our large conference room can accommodate up to 15 participants. Our small conference room can accommodate up to 10 participants. Available offices can be used for smaller groups.
